Top Movers

This company STOLE ALL OF MY CLOTHES AND SHOES. HORRIBLE experience. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BELONGINGS. They do not do an inventory of your items like a prior moving company I used did, so they were able to conveniently claim that they never had my stolen things. Tyrone and Victor led my moving crews, and none of my wardrobe boxes arrived. The crew claimed to have never seen any wardrobe boxes (there were six!). This was a move within a 5 mile radius - where could they have gone? In addition they broke a marble top for a table. Victor promised to bring me a replacement, but never did and never answered my calls. I followed up with the company's customer service (Ari). They initially offered me 60 cents per pound for the stolen items (which were never weighed by the way), then told me that they never had my belongings and offered me nothing. Multiple unanswered messages, several weeks, and a police report later, the company has offered me absolutely nothing.
